Evocative Leadership Mastery™ is a training journey in which participants learn to call forward the highest capacities and genius within the self and the field. This evocative state of being acts as an invitation to harness the brilliance we each contain for life-enhancing solutions and to create a sustainable world that aims to serve the wholeness of life.

An Evocative Leader is one who can see the whole, has an internal grounding, reads systems, can dream into what is needed, and fosters movement toward wholeness. This becomes possible by holding an internal stance of balance and rootedness while holding the high dream for the well-being of systems.

The power to evoke starts with the self, leading us to the activation, embodiment, and integration of Universal Intelligence. On the journey, we focus awareness on our internal states of consciousness and how to command our state of ‘being.’ This practice will infuse our ‘doing’ with the right action.

By nurturing self-awareness and collective care, our approach fosters purposeful, balanced leadership. Alexsandra Lantigua

Alexsandra Lantigua is a global facilitator and executive coach blending ancient Earth Wisdom with modern leadership practices to catalyze conscious, equity-centered change. As founder of StarSeeds and co-founder of Quantum Culture, she equips mission-driven leaders and teams to navigate complexity and lead transformative cultural shifts. A former senior faculty member with CTI and CRR Global, she has trained thousands of leaders across six continents. Alexsandra now leads Evocative World and its flagship Evocative Leadership Mastery™ program, guiding change-makers committed to heart-centered impact.

WindEagle Kinney-Linton

WindEagle is an internationally respected earth wisdom carrier, teacher, and author who has spent more than 30 years guiding individuals, organizations, and communities toward inclusive leadership, peacebuilding, and collective transformation. As Co-Creator and CEO of Evocative World, she leads initiatives like Evocative Leadership Mastery™, helping visionary leaders awaken consciousness and co-create a future rooted in unity and reciprocity. Her work spans sectors worldwide, collaborating with partners such as the U.S. Air Force, Danish Royal Academy, Mercedes-Benz, and grassroots initiatives.
